Somehow we have already made it to the end of this Disney series! I can’t believe this is the end, but I have shared all my photos and videos and now it is over. Kind of sad because now it is like I have fully had to say goodbye to Disney for this trip, until next time Mickey. Now onto the stuff about Disney’s smallest park.   Rides and Attractions Some of favorite rides are in Hollywood Studios! I was able to ride the Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster, the Great Movie Ride, and watch the Muppets 3D show. Those were all the repeats and I loved them all yet again! I know I had rode Star Tours a long time…

Disney 2017: Animal Kingdom

Disney 2017: Animal Kingdom

I have been trying to write an introduction about this park and pretty much can’t think of anything other than there is so many animals! So instead I want to mention here how BEAUTIFUL the weather was over our entire trip! We had no rain at all. I think it rained one night, but only because we woke up and the sidewalks and grass seemed extra wet one morning. Other than that, we mostly had sunny and 85. It was truly a treat. Now onto the animals.   Rides and Attractions So I am obsessed with animals, so animal kingdom is pretty much my happy place. It is like a zoo and theme park in one! We were able to&…

Disney 2017: Epcot

Disney 2017: Epcot

Onto sharing more about Disney, with my favorite park: Epcot! Lucky for me too it was the flower and garden festival so there was way more amazing sights and therefore I had lots of fun with my camera :). So onto pretty petals, world travels, and so much yummy food!   Rides and Attractions So Epcot doesn’t have a ton of rides, but it does have some of the coolest! I went on so many rides for the first time this trip too! The only ride I went on that I had gone on before was the Universe of Energy. I was so excited to finally ride Soarin’ for the first time–yes, really. It was so cool and I …

Disney 2017: Magic Kingdom

Disney 2017: Magic Kingdom

It’s time to share all the fun things I did in Disney! I will be sharing our vacation focused in each park, one per day, through the weekend. I am so excited to finally share some of our experience along with all of the rides, attractions, shows, food, and scenery along the way. Of course we started in the most magical of parks and it was oh so enjoyable! Here is a piece of what we did there 🙂   Rides and Attractions I was super fortunate to hit most of my favorites this trip! It all started with Peter Pan, one of my favorites. This is one of the few rides I remember from my first trip to Disney …

St. Maarten – Dawn Beach

St. Maarten – Dawn Beach

Welcome to the fifth and final post about our honeymoon! It has been so fun to look back and share all of these memories, and it’s already been a month since this all happened! The time has gone by so fast and I seriously can’t believe it! I don’t have much to say in this post other than a little bit about the beach near where we stayed. The beach was Dawn Beach and it was quiet, nearly empty, and beautiful. I was so grateful that the beach wasn’t overcrowded or full, and I think this was definitely a benefit to not staying in a resort heavy area of the island. There were only three hotels …

St. Maarten – Sunset Dinner Cruise

St. Maarten – Sunset Dinner Cruise

Our dinner cruise while on our honeymoon in St. Maarten was probably one of the most relaxing things we did all vacation! There were also a ton of unique experiences and sights we were able to have while we sailed…read on for more about that. We arrived at the marina only a few minutes early, but still early enough! We took our shoes off, got onto our boat, and took a seat along with a ton of other people. I say a ton, but what I really mean, is about twenty people or so. Oh and the CUTEST two year old ever. She didn’t cry for more than like a minute one time either. She was just such …

St. Maarten – Butterfly Farm and Phillipsburg

St. Maarten – Butterfly Farm and Phillipsburg

Welcome to yet another post about our vacation in St. Maarten! This one doesn’t involve any pretty beaches or the ocean, but it does have tons of butterfly photos! So basically Kyle and I were quite literally fried from our first two days in St. Maarten, partially because we are pale and partially because our sunscreen was no bueno! Side note DO NOT buy Target brand sunscreen, unless you like being so burnt it hurts to move. Due to being burnt to a crisp, we decided to stay mainly indoors on Wednesday, and went to the island’s butterfly farm and shopped at the shops in Phillipsburg. Butterfly Farm There isn’t real much to say here other that …

St. Maarten – Captain Alan’s Boat Tour

St. Maarten – Captain Alan’s Boat Tour

After a few days of rest in St. Maarten, Kyle and I woke up nice and early and went to Captain Alan’s four hour, three island, and snorkel boat tour! It was definitely one of my favorite parts of the vacation and I got a ton of underwater footage of what we saw, a lot of which you will see in our honeymoon video on Friday! The Boat Our crew was simply amazing, super helpful and knowledgeable about the island and what we were seeing, but the boat was what really made the trip! The boat we were on had seating where we could sit on the front of the boat facing outwards, which was really cool! We only …

St. Maarten – Princess Heights Condo Hotel

St. Maarten – Princess Heights Condo Hotel

I am so excited to be revisiting our honeymoon this week, and to be sharing it with all of you! I wanted to start off this series with where we stayed, and honestly it was so much better than I expected. We were in such good proximity to things to do, places to eat, and our view was incredible! Finding the Hotel Okay so this was definitely the worst/hardest part of the entire vacation. Not only was I driving in a foreign country, but it was raining the entire time, and we had very crappy directions to begin with. We did eventually find it, but it was mostly luck. I basically had pulled on the side of the road …
